Size is width × height × depth without handles. Height is to the top of the door hinges. Past the counter is from a 25½ in counter front, with the maker's back gap. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

3 of these have under ½ in to spare. Measure in three spots and use the smallest.

Why the gaps matter

A fridge pushes heat out around the case. Squeeze it into a tight opening and the compressor works harder and runs longer. Most ask for ⅜ in on each side and on top, and 1 to 2 in behind.

A fridge listed at 33 in wide won't go in a 33 in opening. Look for one about ¾ in narrower than your opening.

Before you buy

Measure the narrowest door on the way in, too. A fridge that fits the opening can still get stuck in the hall. Will it fit through a 30 in door?
